Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., holidays, weather events, customs delays, etc.). While most orders arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery issues are ultimately the responsibility of the carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
Simply email us with the subject line “CANCEL”.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!
If you made a mistake with your address, please reply to your order confirmation email and send us the correct address within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We carefully pack all items to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1000), items may be damaged in transit.

- A clear photo of the damaged item.
